The Volume of our business is quite fabulous. It will continue expanding in years to come if continuity in Government policy of encouragement of foreign investment and industrialization is assured. Quite obviously purchasing power of the citizen will increase leading to investment on dwelling and its modernization. WAHEED SONS has a distribution network as well as branch offices in major cities (Karachi, Lahore & Islamabad) to cater the demands of our dealers, architects, builders and end-users. WAHEED SONS also have two eye-catching display centers to exhibit the range of products. The Company has qualified enthusiastic staff and skilled labour in different capacities. With the passage of time and growth in business, the fixed assets of Company has also been increased such as Ware Houses. We have Ware Houses on more than 500,000 square ft. covered area in Lahore, Karachi and Islamabad. DIVERSIFICATION WAHEED SONS is a group of companies has subsidiary companies such as Micropak (Pvt) Ltd. which is furnishing the electronic industry by producing printed circuit boards and HOME LIFE is dealing in interior designing and decorative materials. In 1987, we established an Industrial Unit “MICROPAK (PVT) LTD.” at Islamabad, Capital City of Pakistan. It is pioneer in the field of manufacturing PRINTED CIRCUIT BOARD (PCBs). It is headed by Dr. Shahid Khan, a Ph.D. in Electronics applications from USA. This unit is most modern and sophisticated and catering for the needs of almost all Electronics based industries in Pakistan. We also have separate trading house “HOME LIFE”. It is catering for the requirements of households especially non-consumable imported items. TOWER WAHEED SONS is planning to construct a grand Tower on M.M. Alam Road located in the centre of Hussin Chowk and Firdous Market. It would be a 20 storeyed most shopping mall complex on the area of 260570 sq. ft. Three floors for Car Parking, five floors for shopping mall, twelve floors for will be provided for offices and residential apartments. Traffic flowing from Defence Road and Liberty Market shall pass through the planned tower. MULTI-STOREYED PLAZA WAHEED SONS also have planned to construct a multi-storeyed Plaza on Bedian Road between end of Phase V and start of Phase VI. INSHA-ALLAH HOUSING SCHEME WAHEED SONS also have plans to raise Shopping Mall and Residential Apartments on Main Raiwind Road over 80 Kanals area at 7 km Main Raiwind Road. In addition, we have various projects to implement in future. FINANCIAL POSITION/DATA We presently are banking with M/S Askari Commercial Bank Ltd, Standard Chartered Bank Ltd, Bank Al-Habib Ltd, Muslim Commercial Bank Ltd and Dubai Islamic Bank. We enjoy credit worthiness and good market reputation because of our long standing of over 60 in the field and 58 years after partition of Pakistan and India. Turnover of the company is about 15 millions U.S. Dollars per year.
